"Great customer service I didn’t have to explain myself like 100 times I only had to explain once and Ariel were super nice and helpful great service he was very patient with me with all my questions and helping me set up couple things that needed to get done and I think we need more people like him in future for customer service representative. He was very lucky cause I don’t really call back no agencies cause my opinion they all try to sell your stuff and not try helping you bringing down the prices so he was very lucky. Also, myself was very lucky that we both were happy at the end of the transaction."
