"Extremely disappointed. You present an issue and they say they’ll call back and don’t. They spiked my insurance and when I called to ask why, they realized a family bundle wasn’t applied (when I thought it was this whole time). Then my insurance went down and I asked for a reimbursement for their mistake and the person said she’d call back but didn’t and then my insurance spiked up after that conversation. Simply cannot afford it so in the process of finding another insurance."

"I have been working with Angie at the Manhasset office and I have not had a more pleasant experience dealing with auto insurance than I have in working with Angie at State Farm. I was paying more than double with geico, and Angie offered me an excellent monthly rate. I couldn't be happier. I finished setting up my new policy today and already told 3 people about how wonderful it has been and I'm sure will continue to be. I highly, HIGHLY recommend State Farm Insurance. "After much consideration, I have finally decided to leave State Farm. I won’t miss the rate hikes, which are industry-wide. However, I will miss the personal attention and impeccable service provided by this agency. Every employee, from Chris the broker to producers, has been the most courteous and professional. Sometimes when I called, it felt like I was talking to a hospitality business, experiencing politeness that I haven’t seen in a long time. I especially want to commend my agent, Niasia, she has been very patient, mediating between State Farm and me, clarifying errors, and answering my repeated questions about the rate increases. Not once did she lose her cool; she maintained the utmost professionalism throughout. I will miss this level of service and hope I will be as fortunate with my next carrier.
